Born and raised in New Jersey, Omrani and Terribile met while studying at Rutgers University, where they began developing their shared creative voice. Asking for a Friend marks a continuation of that partnership, blending sharp comedy with grounded storytelling and a deep appreciation for the community and culture that raised them.
